TPE flame retardant is a halogen_free and environment friendly flame retardant with phosphorus and nitrogen as flame retardant elements. Specially designed for TPE, polyurethane, TPV, etc., its flame retardant TPE can be used for wire and plastic injection products. The flame retardant mechanism is as follows: in case of fire, the flame retardant TPE material can quickly form a dense expanded carbon layer on the surface, this carbon layer can effectively block the heat transfer and the contact between the fuel and the air, and at the same time inhibit the production of smoke (not to say hydrogen halide and other corrosive gases occur), thus playing a role of flame retardant and smoke suppression, meanwhile in the decomposition process of m_601 flame retardant, the gas phase flame retardant mechanism can reduce the oxygen content and effectively improve the flame retardant performance of TPE.
