Graphite-like carbon nitride hybridization of aluminum 2-carboxylethyl phenylphosphonate

Graphite-like carbon nitride hybridization of aluminum 2-carboxylethyl phenylphosphonate(CNALCEPPA) ,at present the organic phosphonic acid salt flame retardants mainly phosphonic acid diethyl time aluminum. Since 2017, we have prepared 2- carboxylethyl phenylphosphonic acid (ALCEPPA) and 2- carboxylethyl phenylphosphonic acid (CNALCEPPA) from 2- carboxylethyl phenylphosphonic acid (ALCEPPA). It was used as flame retardant of nylon 6 and was approved by the market. The evaluation results showed that the initial decomposition temperature of CNALCEPPA (1%wt thermogravimetric temperature) reached 380℃, with better thermal stability than aluminum diethylphosphonate.
