Completely dry state reaction in heating furnace.

According to the property that melamine and cyanuric acid can be sublimed at 210 °C and 230 °C respectively, the reaction of Melamine and cyanuric acid in the state of sublimation in the Dry State can produce MCA in a heating furnace.

The process is as follows:
melamine and cyanuric acid → smash → Sublimation reaction → finished product melamine cyanurate

According to U.S. patent, melamine and cyanuric acid were first mixed at room temperature with average particle sizes of 20 m and 80 m, respectively, and then crushed to an average particle size of 3.94 m in a jet mill, the purity of melamine cyanurate was 99.2% , the yield was 95.8% , and the average particle size was 4.83 m. the method was characterized by simple process and easy operation, however, the purity of raw materials and high requirements for equipment, one-time large investment.
