Temperature effect on the properties of MCA crystal
The researcher used the dynamic heating x ray method to analyze the variation of melamine cyanurate crystals with temperature, the results are as shown as follows, The lattice size, lattice spacing and temperature dependence are calculated from the results of X-ray diffraction analysis.
It can be seen from the diagram that the lattice spacing of MCA crystal increases with the increase of temperature, but after the temperature reaches 380 °c, the Basic Crystal Form of melamine cyanurate disappears and the grain size decreases with the increase of temperature, therefore, the grain size of the generated MCA can be deduced according to the heating temperature.
