halogen free expansion flame retardant M-2100
M-2100 series flame retardant is a halogen free phosphorous and nitrogen environment friendly flame retardant which integrates acid source, carbon source and air source.
Specially designed for polyolefin materials such as polypropylene, the modified materials such as flame retardant polypropylene can be used in a variety of plastic shell, internal structure pieces, plates and other products can meet the requirements of UL94 V0 and 5VA.
The flame retardant mechanism is, flame retardant polypropylene material surface in case of fire.
It can quickly form a dense expanded carbon layer, which can effectively block heat transfer and the contact between combustible materials and air, while inhibiting smoke generation (not to mention the generation of hydrogen halide and other corrosive gases), so as to play the role of flame retardant, smoke suppression,at the same time, M-2100 flame retardant.
Flame retardant mechanism in gas phase during agent decomposition, reducing oxygen content, effectively improving the flame retardant performance of polypropylene.
