Dr. Wang Qi of Sichuan University of China and other researchers studied the composite materials composed of PP-g-HMA prepared by grinding disc as compatibilizer, melamine cyanurate as fire retardant, and total flame retardant filled nylon 6 / PP and wollastonite Table 4-14 for flame retardancy.
The alloy composition is PA6: PP: PP-g-HMA: Wollastonite = 65: 7: 7: 30. melamine cyanurate (MCA) is treated with a coupling agent.From the above results, it can be seen that the MCA flame retardant PA6 / PP alloy composite material has better flame retardancy than red phosphorus, and the flame retardancy is similar.
