Semi-dry state reaction in mixer

The method is to pulverize melamine and cyanuric acid below an average particle size of 50gm, and to add dispersant and other auxiliary agents according to the requirements of the product, and then mix them in a mixer sufficiently and rise to a certain temperature, and then spray the atomized water into the mixer, after the reaction is maintained for a certain period of time, the Water Vapor is removed and melamine cyanurate is obtained.

The principle of the process is that under high-speed mixing collision, water forms a liquid film on the surface of Melamine and cyanuric acid particles, while the reactant molecules enter the liquid film and react to form melamine cyanurate.

At the interface, because of the extremely small solubility of melamine cyanurate in water, it precipitates out and agglomerates to form particles, the key to complete the reaction process is the amount of water and the high flowing state of the powder particles. If the amount of water is too small, the reaction will go on very slowly and it is difficult to complete the reaction, thus affect the purity of products, water consumption is too large, then the flow of reactant particles is poor, resulting in caking reaction can not be carried out.
